“She's very focused on making sur...”

She's very focused on making sure that the patient knows exactly what's happening and what procedures and protocols should be followed if the patient wants to improve/maintain their health. She talks to you - not at you and at the same time she makes sure that the conversation stays on track. My medical situation is rather precarious but I feel better knowing that she's involved with my care.
