“My experience normally goes well...”

My experience normally goes well, but this time was a little different. She typically knows a little about my health history from reading notes, but this time it felt like I was a brand new patient and she was unaware of anything that she had shared with me in the past, including my medical history. I know everyone has their off days, so I am assuming this was one of hers.
