It was at the end of the day, but the person who took my blood pressure, reviewed my notes and laid the gown on the table before Dr. Cox arrived was taciturn and unfriendly. She may have had an off day but my experience with most heathcare workers is that they have excellent people skills and are friendly and warm, under the worst of circumstances. Again, she might have had an off day or a long day which I understand.
