I spent a total of 3 minutes where my concerns were not addressed. I never said I wanted a Pap smear, but thought that's what I was in for. Doctor said she has no expertise in PCOS, which I have and that's why I came in, yet was explaining to me how metformin is great for me when I have not seen any results. She did not even bother looking at my chart to see if she could help in any other way. She just kept saying see your primary care doctor, when I already have been referred to a specialist for my symptoms. I usually see Dr. Morrison for my PCOS but needed a sooner appointment since my PCOS symptoms have been getting worse. She was the closest appointment available. I don't understand how a gynecologist does not know anything about PCOS. I should have received a phone call from the office informing me that this doctor has no expertise in PCOS, since I explicitly mentioned that is what I want to be seen for. Very disappointed, felt like my time was wasted.

Long wait time for not even a 5 minute exam. Breasts were not examined thoroughly just poked at in a couple places. Room was dirty and stale looking. Facility definitely needs attention. Overall not happy and looking for a different gynecologist and location.

I have been seeing Dr. Szwedo for 25 years and through all the changes in clinic ownership, her care has never declined. She is a great doctor, easy to talk to and seems to genuinely care about her patients.

Dr. Szwedo is very friendly and caring. She is a great listener and takes the time to discuss treatment options with me. Dr. Szwedo is thorough and efficient. My now adult daughter sees Dr Szwedo as well and she appreciates the time she took to listen to her needs.
