“Dr. Reddy has a calm demeanor. ...”

Dr. Reddy has a calm demeanor. He is not an "alarmist", but rather is reassuring. He takes the time to answer questions. So, I appreciate that Dr. Reddy communicates in a reassuring manner. For any of us, retinal surgery is a new experience, which we are not anticipating, unlike cataract surgery.
