“She listened”

Michelle took the time to understand my concerns, address my specific questions, and she listened. I didn't feel like I got put on some cookie cutter plan (which lets be honest even happens in Naturopath environments), and she wasn't afraid to refer me to another NP because my specific issues were out of her speciality.
