“My son's provider (Michelle,) wa...”

My son's provider (Michelle,) was awesome and very thorough with both listening to our concerns and asking questions to get the right info. She understood that my son has special needs and offered an alternative method/ advice for making sure my son got the proper dose of eye drop medication. Thank you for your help!

Michelle Copeland has been the only doctor that hasn't given me a rushed, weird, unconcerned vibes. She took her time In the room. She explained things to me that weren't even mentioned with my first child. I love love love this doctor

We love Copeland!!! She listens and is relatable. I feel welcomed by her and will request her and wait if it takes longer for an appointment so we can get here. She personally followed up with me after my daughter was sick and in the hospital.
