Dr. Potter was patient and spent a great amount of time not only answering my questions, but anticipating them. He validated my concerns with my injury and importance of recovery to my quality of life despite the injury not impacting my work life or causing me unmanageable pain as long as I restricted activity. I felt heard and treated with respect. The exam appeared very thorough and a clear treatment plan was generated as well as secondary and tertiary plan if the first and second plans fail to provide the healing needed for return to my usually activity. Awesome provider! Highly recommend.
