Dr. Bestawros took the time to fully explain why the lead extraction procedure he did last December to remove all possibly infected pacemaker leads may have caused some damage to my tricuspid valve. He explained the risks and benefits of another possible procedure and we both agreed that I did not want to take that risk. I appreciate his complete openness, empathy, comprehension and honesty that Dr. Bestawros brings to each and all of our communications.

I was the last appointment of the day and even though I waited 45 minutes to see the Doctor, I was very happy to wait because I knew I would receive the same care when it was my turn. And sure enough, he took all the time I needed to get my questions and my situation addressed completely. I am very happy with the appointment. I came in for a second opinion.
