“When I asked if I could have the...”

When I asked if I could have the plugs put in, he listened and was going to do as I asked. That was relieving. He did not get mad when I changed my mind either, which was also great. He actually looked at the and addressed the issue I was there for, which not everyone has done. I was impressed. I had a very good experience with him and would recommend him.
