“CRNP Haggerty has a wonderful be...”

CRNP Haggerty has a wonderful bedside manner. She listened and made sure we understood what would be happening, even calling to advise the scan was approved for 5:45PM and that someone would be following up with us as to results and next steps of care. She worked well with the on-call doctor to ensure continuity of care, which is so important to our family.

Melissa was great! She knew my history very well, asked pertinent questions relating to my current problem, explained her findings and answered my questions in understandable terms. I felt completely confident with the care she provided and the recommendations she offered. Wish more medical professionals were like her.
