She listened and made sure we understood what would be happening, even calling to advise the scan was approved for 5:45PM and that someone would be following up with us as to results and next steps of care. She worked well with the on-call doctor to ensure continuity of care, which is so important to our family.

Don't see that in healthcare these days & I was lucky to have her for my appointment. Hematology is beyond lucky to have her in your department.
