Melissa came into my appointment with a thorough knowledge of my last year of various doctor visits. She had reviewed my chart and asked pertinent questions and ensured that I felt that my care was adequate across several providers. It was GREAT to know that she actually spent time ahead of my visit to be completely prepared to not only answer questions that I may still have but also to ask follow-up questions herself.
