Accepted Insurance

Specialized Psychiatry, LLC is an out-of-network practice. Patients are expected to pay in full at the time of each visit. Payment is made via credit card which will be securely processed and stored through Bluefin within the ChARM Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Some insurance plans will reimburse you for part of your appointment fees. You should check with your insurance company to see how much of your fee will be covered by your out-of-network coverage plan. In your new patient packet, you will be provided a guide to use to help you when you call your insurance company.

Insurance companies may ask for information about the services provided during your appointment. This typically includes billing codes and diagnoses. This information is conveyed to insurance companies through what is termed a "superbill." After each appointment, you will be able to access your superbill through the ChARM patient portal. This serves as your medical billing receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.

If you have an HSA or FSA account, you may also use that for payment for your appointments.
