We agreed that the MRNA HPV test was NOT needed unless the PAP was abnormal & the reason for testing (PAP) was history of abnormal PAP & HPV. However, dr. ordered HPV regardless of PAP and coded order incorrectly resulting in charges that should not have occurred (uncovered).…
