Dr. Norton is pleasant enough and in all fairness has helped me before with a condition. Tendency to assume certain conditions based on appearance though which can make you feel like a number or stereotype. Rush to put on medications not needed. I always leave feeling slightly uncomfortable, disconnected and lectured so the dread of returning is always there. Not a bad doctor overall though.

Dr. Norton is very thorough and informative. He is excellent at explaining test results, labs, etc and is able to explain and answer my questions and concerns. He leaves "no stone unturned". I would recommend him to anyone seeking a Dr. Also his staff has always been very pleasant and able to help me if I need refills, scheduling issues, making appointments.

I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to participate in the treatment of my current concerns. My provider offered options and explanation of the options for treatment. I know he is in great demand for his time but he takes time to go through my concerns.

Overall I have had a very good experience during both of my visits. My nurse practitioner saw me quickly, and both my nurse practitioner and my doctor understood my financial concerns, helping me understand required elements to my care and taking it into consideration when looking for next steps. Overall, I have had a good experience both visits.
