Several members of staff assisted me over the past 3 months including the appointment on the 2nd. I feel very taken care of and they always have a person escort me to either the next office I need to go to or how to find the exit. It's a very huge facility and I appreciate the consideration to not getting lost. The answers to my questions have been thoroughly answered. I have already referred people for care and shared my satisfaction with friends and family. Thank you.

We were referred to the Heart Institute by another provider. Your provider listened and immediately helped okay a colonoscopy before referring us to some other texts and another doctor, which we agreed to. Your provider needs more information before scheduling surgery which is what we expected. Surgery is not an emergency at all, but the heart must be monitored carefully from now on. Very clear explanations, listened to us more than the last provider and we are happy to be at the Providence Heart Institute. Thanks very much.
