I received exceptional care from Dr. Noland, who went out of her way to timely address a troublesome inclusion cyst she discussed treatment with me for at my 2:15 appointment by making time in her schedule to excise it about an hour later. Talk about service! She exemplifies what is outstanding about UVA health care.

At the recommendation of one of Dr. Noland's patients, I made the appt to have a body check for any suspicious growths, etc. I was happy to get the appt, but Dr. Noland spent no more than 5 minutes with me, did not check many parts of my body, and then said come back in 1-2 years. Now does that mean one year or two years? I'm not sure. It was a very quick exam, and I'm sorry I didn't say something at the time. I suppose I was shocked at the lack of time and concern.
