I had no concerns at this visit. Dr Cropley had clearly reviewed his notes on both medical history and our shared UVA connection discussed at prior visits. He asked about the results of the OTC treatment he recommended at last year's visit and offered me an optional office procedure which I chose to decline for now. He was respectful and caring.
