“I was a little bit disappointed ...”

I was a little bit disappointed because my appointment was scheduled with my doctor and when I got the appt reminder I noticed that it was changed to a PA but I always like to give people a chance and not judge before I meet them. I am very happy that they did that because my appointment with the PA was a 10/10. He explained everything very well, listened carefully to my concerns and made sure all of my questions were answered. I will definitely make my next appointment with him If possible and will recommend him to others if their doctor is not available.

CPAP machine review. Mr Tilley is extremely competent in knowledge of the machine and it's multiple reporting functions. He made suggestions as to improving it's functions for me, which I have incorporated.
