“Even though there is a time fram...”
Even though there is a time frame Dr. Lau must keep, sometimes, appointments are shorter then any patient would like. Yet, Dr. Lau has found a way to seamlessly manage the appointment. She asks about my well-being since my last appointment with follow up questions for details and clarification. She LISTENS taking in everything I say. She then explains the reasons, or probability, of my symptoms and thoroughly explains the necessary treatment, i.e., labs, medication, including any pros or cons. If an appt is needed very soon the steps for direct communication is quick and easy. It feels like VIP treatment. Knowing I can contact my doctor and receive a same day response is amazing. Sometimes it is actually her that calls. All of the above, is accomplished with kindness and care. I recommend her to others every chance I get.
