“I was so delighted that meeting ...”

I was so delighted that meeting Dr Metzinger for the first time, he opened the conversation by introducing himself, shaking my hand and saying: "I like to start by asking my patients to tell me about themselves." And, as I finished speaking he asked questions indicating he had listened to my response. GREAT rapport!
