Excellent visit. Just one comment. Dr Bartolozzi recommended surgery. He never actually asked if I wanted to do it, just assumed it. It of course is necessary, and I would have asid said yes. I have known him for years and have complete trust in him, so this is not a complaint, just an observation. But it would have been nice to be asked.
