It is rare my severe disability boy opens up very quickly to a Doctor. He is very shy and conservative to listening instead of engaging himself, which is more of his fear of the person. When he doesn't sense fear in someone he opens up but not as quickly as he did with new Doctor. Which as a parent makes me very happy, because it says to me, he can trust her. Trust is very important to him. Thank you for becoming our new Doctor. The experience was wonderful, and I've been threw a lot of Doctors with my boy and not one has he ever felt comfortable to hold their hand.
