I had few questions, and they were answered adequately. I much appreciate the documentation of the visit in MyChart that provided a detailed description of the visit, and the recommended actions I should take. This is important in case I forget or miss something in the future. Using MyChart is an excellent feature of your medical care. Dr. Shenoy provided the current status of different options based on clinical data. That is very useful for me to make decisions.
