McKenna was amazing! This was my first time meeting her and because she is a fellow female and close to my age I plan on changing my main provider to her for my needs moving forward. I really appreciated her time and knowledge and helpfulness for the RX I needed to complete my DME request.

“The provider as listed here, I s...”

The provider as listed here, I saw her ONCE only. She "covered" for my Primary Care Giver because she was not available as soon as I needed to be seen. This visit was post a recent E.R. Experience. McKenna was great a GREAT fill in! My medical situation is a bit complicated, McKenna was up front and told me, when applicable, "that's outside" my skills, knowledge, etc. AKA: She's a keeper for sure!

“McKenna was there to check my bl...”

McKenna was there to check my blood pressure before authorizing a prescription refill before an upcoming wellness check with my regular provider. She was great and suggested I bring my home monitor in at that time to check that it's calibrated and giving me correct readings, which I will definitely do.
