Wow! I am a 65 yo woman who has never had a male PCP, but my previous one retired and Dr. Yates was the only one with availability. I am still in disbelief about what a fantastic doctor and human he is! He was so easy to talk with and demonstrated genuine concern. We will be exploring healthcare options that have never been suggested before, and I am really excited to work with him. What a wonderful surprise. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time. This was a first visit to new PCP, after old PCP retired in late spring from Legacy system. Would have liked appointment a bit sooner, but new PCP was booked to Sept, so nothing that could be done. Appointment went well. Expect it will be a good long lasting relationship.
