Dr Yates was very kind and listened to my concerns, asked detailed questions and told me of future testing and potential changes that may be needed to avoid health issues now and in the future. No question was too mundane. He was honest in explaining steps that needed to be taken to determine why and what is happening in my body. He didn't hedge when telling me things I really wasn't prepared for, but he did so with compassion in his voice.
