“I really liked Dr. Tao. She had ...”

I really liked Dr. Tao. She had clearly read the notes I'd made while booking my appointment and was ready to discuss them with me. I was looking into a vaccine before going abroad and she looked up the CDC recommendations for that vaccine and any others I might need, told me where I could get them, and the timeline they'd be administered. She was very kind and her general examination was good. I felt like she listened to me and I felt comfortable and safe talking to her.
