Doc was great. She was up front about wanting to avoid medication and trying to alter lifestyle to achieve my health goals. This modality is what I want. Tell me what to do and I'll do it. My job is to make the provider's job easier. They have gone through tons of education and certification, so who am I not to listen to them. I was kept being asked if I had questions of concern- I was being checked in for understanding and concerns. I was listened to and acknowledged throughout.
