“Dr. Hernandez clearly explained ...”

Dr. Hernandez clearly explained his analysis of the test results (elevated lipase level) that were the reason for the visit. He also clearly described the further tests that he prescribed for me (MRI, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy) including mentioning any risks involved.
