Dr. Celbulko treated me extremely well. She listened to my complaints, offered medical opinions on the whys and why nots, and did an outstanding job of making me feel like she heard what I was talking about. Her kindness was far beyond reproach and, in my opinion, refreshing! We discussed injections into my arthritic shoulders and she agreed with my assessment of getting old. What was so interesting is that just about every orthopedic doctor I have seen demands the use of physical therapy, which I truly understand. But I explained to her that I was doing the arm exercises that I was using bands for at home which do help some. She then allowed me to make the call on using the PT. Which, in my opinion, shows regards and respect for the patient which is lacking with many other doctors. I hope not to need her services again, but if I do need shoulder issues addressed, she will be my absolute first choice!

I've see her before. Despite the fact it had been 2 years, she was up to date on my case and what had happened in the past. She investigated the x-rays, did an exam of the shoulder, and discussed my treatment options.

Dr Cebulko was very informative & compassionate. She was able to answer all of my questions & help me with a treatment plan. My situation is complex due to a previous surgery on my arm. She and I were on the same page as far as conservative treatment. I appreciated the time she gave me to fully grasp the situation & talk about the type of surgical intervention I may need. I felt like I was fully understood, not rushed & I really appreciated that.
