“Why I'm looking for a new Dentist”
I know and understand that I need additional work on my teeth. I have explained many times that I could not get all the work done at one time. Too expensive. I do have insurance, but it barely covers the charges. I mentioned to the receptionist the one that takes the payments and sets up the next appointment, that I felt intimidated and a bit put off. She did not seem to care and did not comment. I received a call for my next appointment, I mentioned to the caller of my past experience and was not happy with my visit, and wanted to think about coming back. I asked for another call in 2 to 3 days. That call never happened. Overall the hygienist was excellent. The dentist and the receptionist, not so much.
I switched providers because my previous dentist was no longer in my network. I am very pleased and glad I switched! The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived for my appointment. The hygienist was also great with explaining everything to me and same with Dr. Lori. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends!
