Providers like this are an example of the bright side of being a UVA patient. Dr. Rodriguez knows her stuff. She's straightforward, thorough, and totally tuned into the individual patient. I was not particularly prepared for this appointment which left me with little to say and no idea what questions I needed to ask. However, there was absolutely no judgement and the doctor answered all the questions I had previously thought of asking simply by telling me where we are, what we're looking at, and what to expect moving forward. I genuinely not imagine a more ideal experience.

The doctor is phenomenal. I was heard, and my concerns were taken seriously. She was very clear about the realm of potential outcomes and what the testing process was going to look like. She was respectful and understanding In her discussion of "what If the tests don't show anything." I guess what I mean by that Is that she didn't lead with skepticism, she framed It In terms of possibilities. The what Ifs should always be discussed, but there's a difference In presenting it In an Informative way and presenting it In a way that comes across as dismissive. This doc does it right.

Everyone would be in wonderful care if They had a Doctor Like I have. She is so understanding, so caring about me! I am so Thankful for Her!

She listened attentively and made me feel like she wanted to help. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an endocrinologist.
