I rely on Ellen's wisdom understanding, listening skills, knowledge and flexibility. She listens well. I leave an appointment feeling back on track and more optimistic about my condition. I rejoin the fight knowing I have the very best of care and determined to come back in a few months time with something positive to demonstrate to her.
