Lisa is really the best provider I have been to in my 80 years. She is so kind, understanding, thorough, and she really listens! She always includes me in decisions which I greatly appreciate, and never "talks down" to me as many providers do when working with the elderly. She is just the best. I started seeing her when her office was on Gravelly Lake Drive, and thus 10 minutes from my house. I hated it when she moved to Puyallup, but knew it was a good decision for her. So I now drive 45 minutes to see her, and have never regretted that decision for one minute. She is just that good. She has the rare art of making her patients feel "heard" and that their viewpoint and feeling really do matter. She make a patient feel like they are partners in their own care! Rare!
