“I recently recieved test results...”

I recently recieved test results that were rather upsetting. While I understand my chart is a great tool I do wish the provider would have reached out with a phone call and to schedule a follow up to discuss the results. Instead I was left waiting a week to discuss this with a health care provider and using google which we all know can be a very scary place
