Dr Kaplan took extraordinary attention to thoroughly explaining the procedure including going out to find a knee model to better explain the procedure. In pre-op many of the workers let me know what an excellent doctor Kaplan is.

“No question seemed too silly to ...”

No question seemed too silly to ask and explanations were a mix of five and twenty-five cent words none of the " I'm going to use $5 words to intimidate" happened. They didn't treat me as if I was challenged and they didn't treat me like they used a thesaurus either. Kept it easy to understand and easy to follow.
