I love the fact that she has a lab in the office and this is very convenient. I also love that she is still using Covid-19 protocols. Would recommend this doctor to anyone. I like the fact also that she is very straightforward and you don't have to use your imaging to try and figure out what she is saying to you.

I have been suffering from ankylosing spondylitis for over 35 years and early on in my diagnosis there was nothing to do for it except anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers. Fast forward to three years ago I asked my gastroenterologist if she knew of a good rheumatologist because I wanted to see if there’s anything new that could help my situation and pain. My spine is totally fused along with my neck which gives me limited mobility. She recommended doctor Jiang and after much arm twisting she talked me into trying Humira which I knew was way out of my price range as I was on disability with limited income. Dr Jiang wanted me to try Humira which stops the progression. I did and now my aches and pains are gone and I don’t hurt all the time I am more mobile and sleep much better. Dr. Jiang was running late due to being stuck in traffic. Office staff called to notify me to see if I would like to reschedule. I opted to wait, which ended up being 40 mins after my appt that I was seen (I was complete fine with this). When she arrived she was very apologetic for the delay. Dr. Jiang did a head to toe assessment, went over all my symptoms, asked about other symptoms I might have experienced, checked each individual joint, and reviewed my labs my PCP had sent. I have never had an appointment with any specialist that was as thorough as Dr. Jiang was. Dr. Jiang gave a clear explanation as to what could cause my symptoms as well as explained in detail what further tests would be conducted to help with a diagnosis. The initial appt was a little over an hour. Dr. Jiang and office staff are all professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang to anyone experience rheumatic issues.

My overall experience with Dr. Jiang was very positive. My only negative was that I told her at the beginning I have already lost 40 lbs, then this last appointment she said I need to lose weight. I can only lose so much at a time. Sometimes doctors need to give obese patients grace (especially with a herniated disc)
