“I was referred to this practice ...”
I was referred to this practice regarding headaches secondary to a L frontal craniotomy. I have seen Lexi several times and she seems frustrated with having to see me. I have tried to dismiss her cold and callous behavior towards me, but, this recent telehealth visit she kept asking me why I Changed my medications? SHE changed my medications and DID not prepare herself for my visit. I should not have to explain 10 minutes of my history with her when it has been clearly documented or should have been done as she is the provider. I will no longer see her and I will transfer my care to another provider. This is unacceptable. I have spent 40 years in the medical field and I know there are other providers who actually care about their patients and take the time to listen to them without them feeling like they are a burden! She documented she spent 30 minutes with me, but if it was 12, I would be surprised. I am quite sure I will be billed out over $300 for this visit which was a complete waste of time.
