“The staff, everyone I encountere...”

The staff, everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, & courteous. I especially like how the place was managed like a well oiled machine. Very little wait time for everything. At my previous opthalmologist's office it wasn't unusual for me to wait 50 minutes before even being seen. I often left without seeing my Dr. This clinic is superb in managing wait times. I won't ever return to previous Dr. & I'm overjoyed to have found Dr. Platt.
