Nurse Lindsey was wonderful. Very supportive of my needs and answered all questions appropriately. My physician was just outstanding. Was able to make me and my mom happy with all of his answers to the questions.

Our appointment was at 1;45. We arrived early. We're roomed at or after 1:45. Physician didn't arrive until around 2:20. No explanation was offered about the wait. No one checked on us. Physician didn't arrive until apologize, but it would have been helpful if someone offered an update during the long wait.

Very positive experience. I felt he was super thorough, communicated very effectively, took his time through the appointment, and explained everything very well. Initially, I wanted to switch the location in Kenosha due to it being closer to my home but after this appointment, I'm going to make the drive to Milwaukee to continue to have my son seen by Dr. Humphrey because I was so impressed with his care that I don't want to move to the Children's Wisconsin Kenosha location with a new provider.
