The staff was excellent, very helpful very friendly, but when the doctor came in he was not personable at all. He kind of made us feel like he was wasting his time talking to me and maybe slightly annoyed. He basically asked me a series of questions that either had to be yes or no and said you either say yes or no and that’s it.. he was not friendly at all. I appreciate his knowledge but in no way shape or form should a doctor be having a close ended conversation consultation with a patient.

Dr. Falender explained exactly what growth was and how to treat it, I did have to have laser surgery, which was scary, but no issues. Within 2 days you couldnt even tell I had an issue. He was knowledgedable and very plesant. Great doctor. High recommend.

Dr Falander has done 2 of my children's wisdom teeth extractions, and he is great. He cares about his patients, even after they leave the office. He calls to check on them personally after we are home. The staff is friendly and very caring as well. I would recommend him and this office to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Dr. Falender was very thorough in explaining the procedure with my daughter and talking to her, not at her ,or to me as if she wasn't in the room. I know my daughter was more at ease than I expected she would be , so much appreciated that:) As for the administrative and support staff, SO SO happy and appreciative that they went out of their way, and during a major holiday season, to make the procedure happen on a timeline that was imperative for our financial situation before our benefits ended when my husband was unexpectedly laid off. They didn't make me feel at any time as if it was a huge burden even though I know it was asking alot. Over all, super- super happy with the experience!

They were able to get us in immediately and there was no 6 week waiting period for insurance benefits to be verified which is appreciated. My daughter was experiencing a lot of pain with her wisdom teeth and we really did not want to wait!!

at first i requested to be asleep during the process. the dr's assistants told me i would be fine staying awake. i have never had a good experience with having a molar removed. i trusted them and was absolutely amazed. i felt a little pressure but no pain. after the numbness wore off i waited on the pain to start but it never did. besides doing the extraction he also added bone to prepare for an implant. if you need any kind of oral surgery i would highly reccomend dr. falender.
