“Burnt out doc, bad group admin”
Burnt out case. Could care less about my long term concerns, told me to make own decision re: terminating Rx with no instructions or follow up. Had MA call, said would prescribe new Rx if I wanted it with no instructions or follow up. Ordered unnecessary, unauthorized test. I was billed $110. Took months to get office to correct doc's mistake. Message received that this office does not want Medicare patients. I found a much better MD and group as my health partner
