Because Larry thought I was there for surgery, he treated me poorly because the x-rays showed osteoporosis. He was very dismissive and told me I should see an osteoporosis specialist, not him. He couldn't recommend one and that I could just google it. He did review the x-rays with me so thankfully I did get some information about my spine. But his overall demeanor was not what I expected after having watched his video. I left feeling that I had been tossed out on the street after being told I had "severe osteoporosis" along with a new compression fracture.

Mr. Smith was very good and giving me some options and he immediately put in an urgent request to Dr. Valdez for possible surgery. I was very impressed. Before I got out of the parking lot the assistant for Dr. Valdez gave me a call and said I was scheduled for the next day to see Dr. Valdez.
