I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lauer during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Dr. Lacey Lauer was kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt heard, respected, and completely at ease throughout the appointment. Lacey was the first person to make me feel heard about my menopause, and that includes the two providers I saw before her, who did not. She was the first person to record us, so she could look me in the eyes and not be buried in the computer, and really listen to me. For the first time, I did not feel rushed. We discussed everything, and even after that at the end, she asked me if there was anything else I wanted to talk about, rather than rushing me out the door. She didn't gaslight me, or make my symptoms out to be something in my head or just normal aging. I'm so glad my doctor was too busy to see me and I stumbled upon Lacey, she's a superstar!

I was on my cycle when this exam was done. She was not able to see what I was talking about for this visit. I felt it was a waste of time really. The mass I was talking about ended up being the cyst this doctors office has been imaging and tracking. I was alarmed bc I felt it was prolapsiing.
