Due to the time of day she let me know she would call the specialist she was referring me to first thing following day and have th call to set appt for the needed med issue to be dealt with. They called me as soon as they were open to set appt. She followed up and followed through.

NP, Latonya Johnson is the ultimate professional. She is intentionally focused, deliberately aware, respectfully direct. I don't go to the doctor as I should. I try to always keep an optimistic disposition even when I'm not. This was one of the days. I don't know if she saw through me, but she was literally 'what the doctor ordered.' Although physically I left with the same pain, emotionally she provided me with hope that my situation(s) will get better.
