I recently had such a pleasant experience at Dr. Leach's office. I honestly hadn't seen a doctor in quite a while, so I was feeling a little nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm, and the staff was incredibly kind. Dr. Leach took the time to really listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Their warm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and positive. I'm truly grateful for such a compassionate and professional experience.
