She was very knowledgeable and respectful. As an elderly adult, even though my daughter was there to help with medical translation of results or questions, there was no need because she was very kind to speak in terms I could understand as well. Hard to find in doctors today. I also wasn't treated like a rushed number. She took her time with me without wasting time.
