“The Heart Institute never fails ...”

The Heart Institute never fails to impress me! Every provider I've dealt with has been stellr. ARNP Steffen was no exception. She answered all of my questions about a possible new med and ordered a blood test to determine if it would be appropriate for me. I appreciated her concerns.

I recently had an appointment with my cardiologist, Dr. Jennifer Stepphen. She was helpful, attentive, and sympathetic to my needs. I drive over two hours to see her, and she did her best to make sure I could get everything done in the same visit, including arranging last-minute blood work. When I arrived, the phlebotomist was heading to lunch, but she adjusted her schedule so I wouldn't have to wait an extra hour and delay my trip home. I truly appreciated the entire experience.
