“Despite seeing this doctor multi...”

Despite seeing this doctor multiple times she had no idea about my medical history- she obviously did not review my chart before our appointment wasting valuable time. I struggle to feel seen holistically- and worry my health isn't being thoroughly thought about due to her lack of knowledge about my history or even recent appointments despite this being a follow up appointment.
