Dr. Ruggle is hands-down the most professional, courteous, and approachable care provider I have seen. This visit left me feeling completely heard and understood. He spent so much of his effort that I almost felt guilty for monopolizing his time! I felt all my concerns were completely addressed. He made sure to always ask if there was anything else. I have had providers insist on making additional appointments to address specific concerns. Dr. Ruggle explained concepts thoroughly and checked for understanding. He involved me in the decisions he was making to address my concerns. He offered multiple approaches and explained the benefits and risks so we could make a move forward together. He was consistently consent-oriented and socially aware. I felt empowered by the visit in a way I have never felt before.
